I am a veteran that served in the Navy honorably | I am a wounded warrior from the "OEF" War. | I am a “WWP" Wounded Warrior Project and "IAVA” Iraqi and Afghanistan Veteran of America Alumni. I am a very proud mother of four priceless children: Ages 14-Girl, 20-Son, 24-Girl & 30-Son.
I am proud of my service to my country and I served with Honor, Courage & Commitment. I served a tour at the Annapolis Naval Academy in Maryland. Then I was sent to my next duty station in Norfolk, Virginia where I served a tour in Afghanistan 2001-2002 on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) a Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier.
I am the CEO/Founder of Women Veterans Foundation, Inc. | We provide support, advocate resources for veterans/service members & family members affected by "MST" Military Sexual Assault & Trauma | We are creating a "Division of Grants" that will provide emergency grant funds to veterans of foreign wars | We are creating a "Division of Transportation" that will provide veterans free transportation to and from their VA Medical Appointments
We actively support the S.967 "Military Justice Improvement Act" (MJIA) and "STOPAct H.R. 1593" Bill that has been introduced to the 113th Congress | 2013 | These Bilsl will remove REPORTING MST out of the survivors "Chain of Command" | This will protect all our future service members from the reprisals that come from their own commands. ~Pam
